In our new model, GroundTruths will have no financial dealings with developers or real estate brokers as we have discontinued taking sponsorship support for magazine or website from them. Our information and analysis was always unbiased, right from the beginning. By taking this step, we intend to remove any iota of doubt about our independent analysis!

In NCR, Greater Noida real estate market is yet again gaining momentum. Developer started activities in this sector 1 and 4 of Noida by calling in Noida Extension! Logically it does make sense as these sectors are right across Noida sector 121! Physiologically also, it made a positive impact on buyers minds as the rates were lower than Noida rates and that led buyers to go after these properties.

Sometime back on a national TV channel, I made comment that may be buyers do a better due diligence in buying vegetable than they do in buying a property! This was to highlight that “greed” to make quick money or “lure” of low price stops buyers to look at all the facts and analyze them – before taking decision. Rush to Noida extension has proved my point beyond doubt.

There is no doubt that sector 4 and sector 1 of Greater Noida are great investment options. But there are lot of end users who have booked the flats with a hope that they will be able to shift to their own house within next 3 years! I sincerely wish that their hope come true!
